Refund policy

Every item is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or a change of heart. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Email us at hello@narcmercantile.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but reshipping costs will apply.
